It’s true but:
This quote is interesting kinda fk’s with me. It comes from a long time veteran of the software world talking about shipping things before the internet, when you couldn’t just push an update. Even then he had to make hard decisions for whatever reasons.
It’s something I’m thinking loads about because I have a kid and a wife and I like cocktails… but I really fuggin care about the work I do. There’s too much I love.
So I’m fascinated with this balance between when good enough is good enough.
